PERSONAL PROSE:

Cheryl Seals-Gonzalez has worked at Florida State University for a decade and currently serves as Associate Director for Human Resources/Office of Diversity Enhancement and Compliance. She has over 18 years of extensive experience in equal employment opportunity and affirmative action coordination and related policy development and administration/professional experience in higher education, banking/finance and city government. Other areas of competency include: research, grant-writing and evaluation, human relations, targeted recruitment, communication, training, fundraising, event coordination, and community and economic development. In addition, she is co-founder and president of the Capital City Chamber of Commerce, Inc.
